By accessing or using MIMBA Agro Marketplace ("MIMBA," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the Platform
MIMBA provides an online marketplace connecting buyers with verified agricultural vendors. You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing orders
- Not impersonate others or create false accounts
- Not use the platform for fraud, abuse, or illegal activities
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Products and Transactions
Product listings are provided by vendors. MIMBA does not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of vendor listings. All transactions are between you and the vendor; MIMBA facilitates the platform but is not a party to the sale.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Refund and return policies are determined by individual vendors. MIMBA may facilitate dispute resolution but is not liable for vendor refund decisions.
6. Vendor Terms
Vendors must comply with our Vendor Agreement, maintain accurate listings, fulfill orders promptly, and adhere to quality standards. MIMBA reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors who violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on MIMBA (logos, text, design) is owned by MIMBA or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
MIMBA is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant updates via email or platform notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
